NO EXCUSES!

"If you say, 'But we didn’t know about this,' won’t He who weighs hearts consider it? Won’t the One who protects your life know? Won’t He repay a person according to his work?" -Proverbs 24:12
🔎Reflection: God knows the difference between ignorance and rebellion masked as ignorance. The omniscient God is not mocked (Galatians 6:7). He "weighs the heart" (1 Samuel 16:7). Jesus said, "To whom much is given, much will be required" (Luke 12:48). Silence, justified with false humility or claimed incompetence, is sin (James 4:17). A seminary degree isn’t necessary to open our mouths in obedience. If we know the GOSPEL (2 Tim 2:8) and are truly buried with Christ in baptism (identity), we are His ambassadors (2 Corinthians 5:20). Silence is not neutrality; it is rebellion against the King. The LORD demands fruit in season and out so that we can know whether Christ truly is in us or if we are exposed as counterfeit (2 Cor 13:5).
🤺Action: The mercy and grace of God compels us to stop making excuses for idleness and apathy. Identify one excuse you’ve used to justify silence (job security, impolite, assuming rejection, etc.) and replace it with obedience. Speak the truth aloud. Consider memorizing 2 Timothy 1:7: "For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and love and self-control."
🙏Prayer: Sovereign LORD, please expose the sin of fear and every excuse in my heart, and burn it all away by the washing of Your WORD. Forgive my pretense and pride. You know my thoughts. You see my ways. Help me walk in truth by the power of the Holy Spirit. Grant me a holy boldness to speak as Your witness today. Repay me, not with wrath, but with grace-filled & fueled courage to obey. In the name of Jesus, the only Way, Truth, and Life, Amen.
